Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: January 07, 2026
Welcome to MapleLucky Center (“MapleLucky Center”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We operate mapleluckycenter.com, a licensed Canadian online lottery platform that allows eligible players to purchase official lottery tickets, manage entries and view draw results in a secure digital environment.
By accessing this website, creating a player account, or purchasing lottery entries through MapleLucky Center (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service or buy lottery tickets through our platform.
These Terms are intended to be read together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable official game rules. In the event of any inconsistency between information on the website and the official rules of a lottery game, the official rules and records of the relevant lottery authority will prevail.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 Age and Location
To use MapleLucky Center and purchase lottery tickets online, you must:
- Be at least 19 years of age at the time of registration and purchase.
- Be physically located within a Canadian province or territory where our services are authorized at the moment a transaction is completed.
- Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in online lottery services is prohibited by law.
We may use age and location verification tools (including geolocation) to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
1.2 Account Registration
To buy lottery tickets or access certain features, you must create a player account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your details up to date, including your legal name, residential address in Canada and contact information.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation (such as government-issued identification) to verify your identity, age and eligibility before activating or continuing your account or releasing winnings.
1.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.
- Log out after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
1.4 One Account Policy
You may only open and use one player account with MapleLucky Center. Duplicate, false, or fraudulent accounts may be closed, and any associated bonuses or winnings may be withheld or forfeited in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Lottery Entries and Purchases
2.1 Nature of the Service
MapleLucky Center provides a regulated online channel for purchasing official lottery entries. Depending on the applicable game and jurisdiction, we may:
- Act as a licensed operator recording your entries directly in our system; and/or
- Act as your authorized agent for the purchase and management of lottery tickets issued under official game rules.
All entries purchased through our platform are subject to the official rules and prize structures of the relevant lottery game and authority.
2.2 Placing an Order
When you select numbers and confirm a purchase, you authorize MapleLucky Center to process the transaction on your behalf using your chosen payment method. A purchase is considered complete only after:
- Payment has been successfully authorized; and
- Your entry has been recorded and a confirmation is displayed in your account and/or sent by email.
2.3 Finality of Sales
All lottery ticket sales made through MapleLucky Center are final. Once an entry has been confirmed in our system, it cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded, except where required by law or in the event of an error caused directly by us.
2.4 Pricing and Fees
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Where applicable, service fees or charges will be clearly displayed before you complete a purchase. By confirming a transaction, you agree to the total amount shown at checkout.
3. Winnings, Prize Claims and Withdrawals
3.1 Determination of Results
All winning numbers and prize outcomes are based solely on the official draw results provided by the relevant lottery authority. In the event of any discrepancy between results displayed on our website and the official published results, the official results will govern.
3.2 Crediting of Winnings
After official results are confirmed, MapleLucky Center will calculate any winnings associated with your entries. Smaller prizes are normally credited directly to your player account balance. You can view prize details in your transaction or ticket history.
3.3 Major Prizes and Verification
For larger prizes (for example, prizes exceeding a threshold such as CAD $10,000), additional verification steps may be required. You may be asked to:
- Provide valid government-issued photo identification.
- Provide proof of address and other documents to verify eligibility.
- Complete any forms required by the relevant lottery authority or regulator.
3.4 Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your player account to a verified payment method or bank account. Withdrawals:
- May be subject to minimum and maximum limits.
- Are processed after completion of mandatory security and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks.
- May take a number of business days to appear in your external account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Responsible Play
MapleLucky Center supports responsible participation in lottery games. Our Service is designed for entertainment, not as a means of financial investment or problem solving. We may provide tools such as:
- Deposit and spending limits.
- Session time reminders.
- Temporary breaks or self-exclusion options where available.
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account, and/or to take other appropriate measures, if we believe that your play patterns indicate potential harm or if required by regulatory guidance.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate, interfere with or disrupt the operation of any lottery game, draw, or our systems.
- Use a VPN, proxy, or other tools to misrepresent or conceal your true location when purchasing tickets.
- Open or operate an account on behalf of another person or transfer your account to a third party.
- Engage in any activity that could compromise the fairness, integrity or security of the Service.
Violations of these rules may result in suspension or closure of your account, cancellation of entries and, where permitted by law, forfeiture of winnings and reporting to relevant authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable steps to provide a secure and reliable platform, MapleLucky Center provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:
- The website or mobile experience will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
- Defects will always be corrected immediately.
- The content or information on the site will be free from typographical or technical errors.
We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, technical failures of third-party systems, or the cancellation or modification of official lottery draws by the relevant authorities.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements or regulatory guidance. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by posting a notice on the website.
Your continued use of MapleLucky Center after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and may request closure of your account.
